TRT Formula

TRT Formula is a blended injectable oil combining Testosterone Cypionate with a small dose of Anastrozole, an aromatase inhibitor. The testosterone raises circulating hormone levels and supports muscle growth and recovery, while the Anastrozole works alongside it to limit the conversion of that testosterone into oestrogen. It is designed as an all-in-one base compound rather than a standalone testosterone ester.

As a guide only and not medical advice, users commonly start around 0.5ml (100mg) injected twice weekly, totalling roughly 200mg of testosterone per week, alongside the built-in Anastrozole dose. Some experienced users increase to 0.75ml twice weekly after the first few weeks if it is well tolerated. Cycles are generally run for 12 to 16 weeks, and bloodwork before and during use is strongly recommended.

The Anastrozole in TRT Formula is intended to control oestrogen on its own, so most users do not need to add a further AI on top of it. A post-cycle therapy plan is still required once the cycle ends, since the testosterone dose will suppress natural production. Nolvadex or Clomid are the usual choices, started around two weeks after the last injection.

Reported effects with testosterone and Anastrozole combinations include acne, oily skin, hair thinning in those prone to it, mood changes, and a rise in blood pressure. Because Anastrozole actively lowers oestrogen, running oestrogen too low can also cause joint discomfort or low libido, so periodic bloodwork helps keep the balance right. Anyone with existing heart, liver, or blood pressure concerns should speak with a doctor before starting.

Straight Testosterone Cypionate gives you the hormone alone, leaving you to manage oestrogen control separately with your own AI. TRT Formula bundles that oestrogen management into the same vial, which some users find more convenient for a steady base compound. The trade-off is less flexibility to fine-tune the Anastrozole dose independently of the testosterone dose.
