All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products from our UK warehouse.

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom from our UK-stocked warehouse. Your package never passes through customs.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) or Tracked 48 (2-3 business days). Orders placed before 2 PM UK time are dispatched the same business day, Monday to Friday.

All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for complete discretion. No reference to the contents, product names, or our company name appears on the exterior. The sender shows as a neutral business name.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking is provided via email on dispatch.

We stand behind every shipment. If your order does not arrive (which is rare), we will reship it free of charge or issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact support within 21 days of the expected delivery date to initiate the guarantee process. Lost parcels are our responsibility, not yours.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, sealed packaging with the tamper seal intact
• You must contact us before returning the item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Discount codes are subject to specific terms, including minimum order values, expiry dates, and usage limits. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, the Revolut bonus, or the 0% crypto discount.
