PCT Tabs is a four-in-one post cycle therapy tablet combining Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg, Clomifene 50mg, Tadalafil 5mg, and Mesterolone 25mg in a single dose. Tamoxifen and clomifene are SERMs that block oestrogen at the pituitary, which lifts the brake on LH and FSH so the testes restart their own testosterone output. Mesterolone adds extra free testosterone support and tadalafil helps blood flow, which many men notice has dropped off during the low-testosterone window after a cycle.

This is a usage guide, not medical advice, and bloodwork before you start makes a real difference to how you run it. Start 2 weeks after your last injection of a long-ester steroid, or about 1 week after a short-ester one, once the compound has largely cleared. Run 50mg clomifene plus 20mg tamoxifen (i.e. one tab) daily for 4 weeks, then step down to roughly half that dose for a further 2 weeks, for 6 weeks total.

The SERM component can cause nausea, headache, and hot flushes in some users, and visual disturbances have been reported rarely at higher clomifene doses. These tend to settle as the body readjusts and are usually mild compared to the symptoms of unmanaged post-cycle low testosterone, such as fatigue, low mood, and loss of libido. Get total testosterone, LH, FSH, oestradiol, and liver enzymes checked at the start of PCT, at the end of the 6 weeks, and again 4 weeks later to confirm your hormones have actually recovered.

Plain Nolvadex (tamoxifen alone) gives you oestrogen control and a push on LH/FSH, but PCT Tabs goes further by adding clomifene for a stronger pituitary signal, mesterolone for direct free testosterone support, and tadalafil to help with the blood flow and libido dip that a lot of guys get mid-PCT. If you only need mild oestrogen management after a short, low-dose cycle, tamoxifen alone can be enough. For anything longer or heavier, the combined approach in PCT Tabs covers more of the recovery picture in one tablet.
