It is built for an aggressive cutting phase rather than a bulk.

A common approach runs RAD-140 at 10 mg daily for weeks 1-4, stepping up to 15-20 mg for weeks 5-8 if tolerated well, alongside S4 at 15 mg twice daily for weeks 1-6. Cardarine is taken at 10-20 mg once daily, ideally before training, and SR-9009 is split into 3-4 doses of 10 mg through the day because of its short half-life.
