Tamoxifen / Nolvadex

This is tamoxifen citrate, sold as Nolvadex, a selective oestrogen receptor modulator (SERM) at 20mg per tablet. It works by blocking oestrogen from binding to receptors in breast tissue, which is why it is used to prevent gynaecomastia and to support the recovery of natural testosterone production after a steroid cycle.
