PCT Tablets

Each tablet combines 20mg tamoxifen citrate and 50mg clomiphene citrate, two SERMs that block oestrogen at the pituitary and push out more luteinising hormone, which is what restarts natural testosterone production after a cycle. It also contains 25mg mesterolone (Proviron) to help hold onto strength and muscle while your own hormone levels recover, plus 7.5mg tadalafil for blood flow and general wellbeing during PCT. Mesterolone is not 17-alpha-alkylated, so it does not carry the liver strain associated with c17-aa oral steroids.

Start the day after your last steroid or SARM dose, taking 1 tablet (102.5mg) daily for men, or half a tablet for women, with food to reduce nausea. A typical run is 4 weeks at the full dose followed by 2 weeks at a reduced dose, for 6 weeks total, mirroring how tamoxifen and clomiphene are normally tapered in a standard PCT protocol. The SERM component can cause nausea, headache, hot flushes, and in rare cases visual disturbances, so stop and seek advice if your vision changes. Blood tests for total and free testosterone, oestradiol, LH and FSH before starting, at week 4, and two weeks after finishing PCT will show whether your hormones are actually recovering. If you are also using a liver-support product alongside this stack, keep an eye on ALT and AST as well.

Plain tamoxifen (Nolvadex) only blocks oestrogen receptors, whereas this Proper Labs blend adds clomiphene for a stronger LH push, mesterolone to soften the strength and mass drop-off during recovery, and tadalafil for circulation and mood. Running tamoxifen alone is simpler and cheaper but gives you less support for the muscle-retention side of coming off a cycle. Which one suits you depends on how long and how suppressive the cycle you're recovering from was.
