Proper Labs PCT Stack - Advanced

This stack combines hCG, Clomid (clomiphene citrate) and Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) into one post cycle therapy protocol. hCG is used to prime the testes near the end of the cycle, then Clomid and Nolvadex work together afterward to stimulate LH and FSH and restart natural testosterone production. It is built around a typical 4 to 6 week PCT layout rather than a single compound.

It suits anyone coming off a testosterone-based cycle, particularly one involving longer esters or compounds like Deca and Dbol, where a full HPTA restart is needed. It is not meant for someone who has not run a suppressive cycle. Bloodwork before and after PCT gives the clearest picture of whether this level of support was actually needed.

As a guide, not medical advice, hCG is commonly used at 1,000-1,500 IU every other day for the final 10-14 days of the cycle, stopping the day PCT begins. Clomid and Nolvadex then usually start together, higher dosed in weeks 1-2 and tapered down through weeks 3-4, with an optional lower-dose extension into weeks 5-6 if recovery is slow. Individual response varies, so timing and length should be adjusted around bloodwork rather than a fixed calendar.

Testosterone esters, especially longer ones, stay active in the body for a couple of weeks after the last injection. Starting Clomid and Nolvadex too early while exogenous testosterone is still suppressing the system can blunt the restart. Waiting for levels to clear gives the SERMs a clearer signal to work with.

Clomid and Nolvadex can bring on mood swings, visual disturbances, or hot flashes for some users, and Nolvadex in particular is included partly to guard against rebound gyno as estrogen rebalances. If an oral steroid was part of the cycle, continuing liver support for the first couple of weeks of PCT is commonly recommended. Any noticeable symptoms, or bloodwork that does not normalise 4-6 weeks after finishing, are worth reviewing rather than pushing through.
