Tamoxifen Citrate

Tamoxifen citrate is a SERM, a selective oestrogen receptor modulator that blocks oestrogen from binding at breast tissue receptors. In a PCT context this helps stop oestrogen-driven gyno symptoms and supports the signalling that gets natural testosterone production moving again after a cycle. It is one of the most widely used PCT compounds alongside Clomid.

As a guide and not medical advice, users commonly run 20mg to 40mg a day for 4 to 6 weeks when using it for post-cycle recovery, or 20mg a day for 4 to 8 weeks for gynecomastia prevention or treatment. The most commonly reported effects are hot flushes, nausea and headaches, and there is also an increased risk of blood clots to be aware of.
