? When to Start PCT:

• After short esters or orals (e.g., Testosterone Propionate, Tren A, Dianabol, Anavar):
  ✅ Start 3 days after your last dose

• After long esters (e.g., Testosterone Enanthate, Nandrolone Decanoate):
  ✅ Start 2 to 3 weeks after your last injection

? PCT Protocol (Standard 4 Weeks):

? Tamoxifen (Nolvadex):

• Week 1: 40mg/day

• Weeks 2–4: 20mg/day
